The heart of any successful project lies in the planning and the execution. Managing a large-scale web development project requires consistent focus on both the forest and the trees. That is to say, we pride ourselves on our ability to keep our eyes on top-level goals while at the same time keeping implementation details on track and on budget. When the achievement of goals such as improved design, search engine visibility, enhanced functionality, or other tasks happen to conflict with each other, we can help prioritize a best course of action. When internal departments at your company or organization differ on how best to move forward on a redesign project, we can facilitate discussion to work toward a common view of the overall effort.
We often coordinate the work of all participants on a redesign project. We serve as liaison with various vendors, manage the work of outside agency creative staff, gather content from internal staff, and ensure that all efforts drive the project toward the original goals.
