Brandon Kolybaba

President &CEO

As the President and Managing Partner of Norex, Brandon is a leading entrepreneur with over 15 years of Internet industry experience. Focusing on creative technology solutions that leverage the Internet to solve complex business and marketing problems, has earned him local and national recognition. Although he has a degree in marketing, he also has experience in IT at several enterprise class Canadian companies including Shell Canada, BMW, and CP Hotels. This has given him valuable insight into developing practical solutions for our customers. Brandon's leadership skills and IT know-how come from a strong academic foundation as well as his practical experience.

Julia Rivard

Director of Creative

A partner at Norex, Julia comes from a background in marketing and design and is the mastermind behind our creative efforts.  A graduate of both NSCADU and Dalhousie University, Julia mixes her experience in communication, business and design to build partnerships with exisiting and potential clients that have led to many exciting opportunities for Norex.  Julia started her professional career as the cofounder of Queen Street Studios and joined forces with Brandon Kolyababa in 2007 to bring a new dynamic to Norex.  In her other life, Julia competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia as a member of the Canoe Kayak team.  She continues to stay involved in sport at a high level with the Canadian Olympic Committee as Team Services Officer in both Beijing and Vancouver.

Leah Skerry

General Manager

A partner at Norex, Leah graduated from Saint Mary's University with her Bachelor of Commerce, and a dash of graphic design from NSCADU on the side. Fortunately for Leah, her talent lies in getting things done and that's exactly what she does at Norex. She tries to be a good person by serving on the board of 'Trumped' a university marketing competition (which she founded), most notable for its major fundraisers bringing in over $160,000 for charity to date. When not pouring her heart and soul into Norex, Leah pours them into running like she will one day be in Ironman, and helping those less fortunate - Like flipping over june bugs when they get stuck upside down and need a hand.

Kimberley MacLean

Accounts and Bookkeeping

Originally from Antigonish, Kim is a graduate of CBU with an Accounting Diploma and a Bachelor of Business Administration.  After working for a few years in Toronto, Kim decided to move back to the Maritimes with her newly expanded family.  She is the Chief Financial Officer for Norex and handles all customer accounts.  Kim's dedication to customer service and exceptional attention to detail makes her a important part of the Norex team.  When not in the office she can always be found playing with her son and spending time with close friends.

Justin Bellefontaine

Multimedia Designer

Justin is a college educated graphic and digital media designer with a diploma from The Centre of Arts and Technology, Halifax Campus. Bringing a whole new dimension to Norex, Justin works directly with a variety of clients to develop specialized design solutions for both web and print. With his clean and professional approach to design, Justin has elevated our business to a new level. In his spare time Justin is an avid guitarist and belongs to a small jam band.
